At the time of oral examination, original copies of all qualification certificates, special quota, and experience (if applicable) certificates along with original copies of National Identity Card must be produced, and one set of photocopies of all documents including filled Application Form, 02 (two) copies of passport size color photographs must be submitted. Besides, the certificate issued by the Union Parishad/Municipality/City Corporation as proof of permanent residency in the district should be submitted.

Candidates who wish to participate in the examination can fill out the application form on the website http://ccb.teletalk.com.bd. Online Application Form Filling & Exam Fee Submission Start Date & Time: 19-10-2023 10.00 AM. Last date and time for submission of application form online: 19-11-2023 up to 5.00 PM. Candidates who have received the User ID within the said period have to submit the application fee by SMS through Teletalk prepaid mobile phone number within the next 72 (seventy-two) hours from the time of submitting the application form online. In the online application form, the candidate will scan his color photograph (length 300 x width 300 pixels) and signature (length 300 x width 80 pixels) and upload it at the designated place. Image size should be a maximum of 100KB and signature size should be a maximum of 60 KB.

Since the information filled in the online application form will be used in all subsequent activities, the candidate himself will be 100% sure about the authenticity of all the information filled out before submitting the application form online. Candidates shall retain a print copy (if possible in color) of the online filled application form as an aid for any examination-related requirements and submit one copy at the time of the oral examination.

Rules of sending SMS and payment of application fee: After filling out the application form online properly and uploading the photo and signature according to the instructions, the application preview with the photo can be seen on the computer. Candidates who have submitted the application form correctly will get an Applicant’s Copy with a User ID, Photograph, and Signature. Candidates should print or download the Applicant’s Copy and save it. 669/- (Six Hundred and Sixty Nine) for Serial No. 1-3 for Application Fee will be given on the Applicant’s copy and using the User ID number the candidate shall send 02 (two) SMS through any Teletalk Pre-paid mobile phone number in the following manner. Rs and Rs 223/- (two hundred and twenty-three) for serial 4-5 will be deposited within 72 (seventy-two) hours. It should be noted that ‘Even if all parts of the application form are submitted online, the online application form will not be accepted under any circumstances until the examination fee is submitted.’

Receipt of Admit Card will be intimated in due course on http://ccb.teletalk.com.bd or Bangladesh Competition Commission website www.ccb.gov.bd and through SMS on candidate’s mobile phone (only eligible candidates). All communication related to the examination will be done on the mobile phone provided by the candidate in the online application form, so it is recommended to keep the phone number active at all times, read the SMS, and follow the instructions received immediately.

After using the User ID and Password sent in the SMS, the candidate will download and print the admit card (in color if possible) containing the information such as roll number, post name, photo, exam date, time venue name, etc. The candidate must produce the admit card at the time of appearing in the preliminary and written test and at the time of practical (where applicable) and oral test after passing the written test.
