Candidates should fill out the application by hand and reach it by post to the address ‘Registrar, Bangladesh University of Professionals, Mirpur, Dhaka-1216’ between office hours (0800 to 1430 hours) till 25th April 2024. Form No. 2 is applicable for the posts mentioned in serials 1 to 4 and Form No. 3 is applicable for the posts mentioned in serials 5 to 14.

You have to download the form from the ARCHIVE form by accessing the BUP website www.bup.edu.bd/Career link and apply. 600.00 for 9th-grade posts, 500.00 for 10th-grade posts, 200.00 for 13th to 16th-grade post and 17th to 20th grade from any branch of Sonali Bank in favor of ‘Registrar, Bangladesh University of Professionals (BUP)’ Original copy of Pay-Order/Bank Draft (Non-Returnable) of Rs.100.00/- for Grade post should be enclosed with the application form (Postal Order will not be accepted). Bank draft/pay order number, bank name, branch, amount, and date should be mentioned in the application form. If the original copy of the pay order/bank draft is not sent, the application will be considered rejected. 07 copies of recent passport size photograph (with white background) for other posts and 05 copies for other posts should be attached with attestation.

4 (Four) Copies of recent passport-size attested color photographs should be attached. Attested copies of all examination pass certificates, mark sheets, and testimonials should be attached. Degree in case of degree obtained from a foreign educational institution Attested copy of equivalence determination letter. Attested copies of the Experience Certificate, National Identity Card (if any)/Certificate of Nationality should be attached. In the case of candidates for the quota of freedom fighters, sons/daughters of martyred freedom fighters, the attested copy of the certificate signed by the concerned officer of the Ministry of Liberation War Affairs and in the case of other special quotas, the copy of the relevant certificate attested by the respective District Administrator/Upazila Executive Officer should be attached with the application. The prevailing government policy regarding quotas shall be followed.

The officers and employees appointed to the project will be entitled to the facilities applicable to the regular officers/employees of the University. The age of the candidate should be within the maximum limit on the last date of application. However, the appointing authority may reasonably relax the age limit for experienced candidates, and in the case of children of freedom fighters/martyred freedom fighters, the age limit is relaxable up to 32 years. The age limit for applying for higher posts does not apply to departmental candidates.

The candidate’s own district and post name should be mentioned on the envelope. You must mention your mobile phone number in the form. Recruitment-related communication will be done through SMS on mobile phones. 02 sets of application forms (with all applicable documents) should be filled in A4 Size / Legal Size envelope for the mentioned post and submitted to the above address. Job aspirants have to apply through their self-recruiting authority within the prescribed time limit.

No TA/DA will be provided for written tests/interviews. Application forms and other documents will not be returned. The decision of the authority in the matter of appointment shall be final. Any recommendation on the application form will be treated as disqualification. Incomplete, defective, incorrect, or late applications will be considered rejected. The decision of the authority shall be final without assigning any reason for accepting or rejecting the application.

The date of the written, practical, and oral examination will be intimated through SMS/letter and the university website. The authority reserves the right to reduce/increase the number of posts mentioned. Selected candidates have an opportunity to transfer to another project based on merit at the end of the project period. Festival Allowance: 2 Festival Allowances per year as per National Pay Scale 2015, Education Support Allowance: Education Support Allowance will be admissible (where applicable), Bangla New Year Allowance: Bangla New Year Allowance will be admissible and Conveyance Allowance will be received.
