Candidates willing to participate in the examination can fill out the application form on this website http://bitac.teletalk.com.bd. Date and Time of Online Filling of Application Form and Submission of Examination Fee: 10.04.2013, 10.00 AM. The last date and time for submission of the application form online is 11.05.2023, 5.00 PM. Candidates who have received a User ID within the said period can submit the exam fee via SMS within 72 (seventy-two) hours from the time of submission of the application form online.

All notification and recruitment information will be published on the Bitac website (www.bitac.gov.bd). No interview paper will be sent separately for practical and oral tests. The certificate issued by the concerned Union Parishad/Municipality/City Corporation should be submitted as proof of permanent residency in the district. The applicant should mention in the application form the correct educational qualification acquired by him. Concealment of acquired educational qualification and later claiming promotion or any other legitimate opportunity will not be acceptable. Original copies of all educational qualification certificates and relevant experience certificates (if applicable) and 1 set of attested photocopies must be produced at the time of oral examination.

After completing the online application form by properly filling the application form and uploading the photo and signature according to the instructions, the application preview with the photo can be seen on the computer. If any information is wrong in the Applicant’s Copy or the image is unclear (full black/full white/blurry/scratched) or the photo/signature is not correct then only re-apply (web) can be done without depositing the application fee. It should be noted that no further changes/amendments/enhancements are acceptable after the submission of the application fee. Receipt of admit card will be intimated in due course on http://bitac.teletalk.com.bd or Bitac website www.bitac.gov.bd and through SMS on candidate’s mobile phone (only eligible candidates). All communication related to the examination will be done on the mobile phone provided by the candidate in the online application form, so keeping the said number active all the time, reading the SMS, and following the received instructions immediately is prohibited.
