According to the permission received through the Ministry of Housing and Public Works, applications are being invited from the genuine citizens of Bangladesh for the recruitment of direct quota manpower on a temporary basis in the revenue sector of the Directorate of Architecture in the following positions, subject to conditions. Applications sent through any other means than online will not be accepted. For the post of Assistant Model Maker Serial No-04, practical experience in the model making is not a 3D model designed/prepared through computer software. It refers to a miniature replica of the actual condition of a structure (built by hand) as per the architectural design.

The following conditions must be followed while filling out the application form and participating in the examination:

01. Only permanent citizens of Bangladesh can apply.

02. No person shall be considered eligible for direct recruitment to any post if he –

• (a) is not a citizen of Bangladesh or a permanent resident of Bangladesh or domiciled in Bangladesh and
• (b) marries or undertakes to marry any person who is not a citizen of Bangladesh.

03. As of 10/08/2023 minimum and maximum age of the candidate will be 18-30 years. The age limit is relaxable up to 32 (thirty-two) years only in the case of children of brave freedom fighters / martyred freedom fighters and physically challenged candidates.

04. Government existing rules and any subsequent amendments in the said rules will be followed in the matter of recruitment.

05. All types of the latest quota systems/policies will be followed as per prevailing government rules for the selection of candidates.

06. No affidavit is admissible regarding the age of candidates.

07. Incomplete or defective applications will be treated as outright rejection.

08. Candidates working in Government, Semi-Government, and Autonomous Organizations must apply with the permission of the authority and submit the original copy of the No Objection letter issued by the appointing authority at the time of oral examination.

09. Original copies of all certificates (including experience certificates for applicable posts) must be produced at the time of oral examination and one set of attested photocopies must be submitted along with the online filled Application Form. Besides, the citizenship certificate issued by Union Parishad/Municipality/City Corporation, a photocopy of the national identity card, and the applicant’s freedom fighter/Shaheed Veer as proof of permanent residency in the district.
Son-Daughter/Son-Daughter of Freedom Fighters, Orphans, Handicapped, Minorities, Ansar, and VDP Candidates have to produce the original certificate of the competent authority during the oral examination as per the latest policy.

10. Any person who conceals the true information and qualifications or applies with wrong/false information will get his/her application rejected. In this case, the decision of the concerned authority will be considered final.

11. Candidates who have cleared the written and practical test as applicable will be considered eligible to appear in the oral test. No Traveling Allowance or Daily Allowance (TA/DA) will be paid for Practical/Selection/Written Test/Interview.

12. The decision of the concerned authority in the matter of appointment will be considered final.

13. The appointing authority reserves the right to reduce/increase the number of posts mentioned in the notification and cancel the notification in whole/part.

14. Conditions for filling the application form:

• A. Candidates who wish to participate in the examination will fill the online application form on the website http://architecture.teletalk.com.bd.
  The application deadline is as follows:
• (i) Online Application Form Filling and Examination Fee Submission Start Date and Time : 10/08/2023 , from 10:00 AM to:
• (ii) Last date and time of submission of application form online : 31/08/2013 , up to 04:00 PM Candidates who have received User ID within the said period, SMS within 72 (seventy two) hours from the time of submission of application form online. – Submit the examination fee.
• b. In the online application form, the candidate will scan his signature (length 300 × text 80 pixel) and color photograph (length 300 × text 300 pixel) and upload it at the designated place. Photo size should be maximum 100 KB and signature size should be maximum 60 KB.
• c. As the information filled in the online application form will be used in all the subsequent activities, the candidate will be 100% sure about the correctness of all the information filled before submitting the application form online.
• d. The candidate shall keep a print copy of the online filled application form as an aid for any examination related needs and submit one copy during the oral examination.
• e. Rules for sending SMS and payment of examination fee: Fill the application form online properly and upload the photo and signature according to the instructions. Once the application form is submitted, the application preview with the photo can be seen on the computer. Candidates who have submitted the application form correctly will get an Applicant’s Copy with a User ID, Photograph and Signature. Candidates should download and save the Applicant’s Copy. A User ID number will be given in the Applicant’s copy and using the User ID number the candidate can send 02 (two) SMS through any Teletalk pre-paid mobile number in the following manner for examination fee of Rs.300/- (Three Hundred) and Total Rs.334/- (three hundred and thirty four) for service charge of Teletalk, Rs.200/- (two hundred) for examination fee for serial no-02 and 03 posts and Rs.23/- (for service charge of Teletalk) Twenty Three) Taka Total 223/- (Two Hundred Twenty Three) Taka 100/- (One Hundred) for Exam Fee for Serial No-04 & 05 Posts and 12/- (One Hundred) Taka Total for Service Charge of Teletalk Total 112/- (One Hundred) Bar) deposit the money within 72 (seventy two) hours. It is specially noted here that ‘Even if all parts of the application form are submitted online, the online application form will not be accepted under any circumstances until the examination fee is submitted’.
• f. Receipt of admit card will be intimated in due course on website http://architecture.teletalk.com.bd and through SMS on candidate’s mobile phone (only eligible candidates). All communication related to the examination will be completed on the mobile phone provided by the candidate in the online application form
  Therefore it is advisable to keep the number active at all times, read the SMS and follow the instructions received immediately.
• G. After using the User ID and Password sent in the SMS, the candidate should download and print (if possible colored) the admit card containing the information such as roll number, post name, photograph, exam date, time and place/centre name etc. The candidate must produce the admit card at the time of admission to the written test and, if passed, at the oral test;
• h. Candidates can retrieve their User ID, Serial and PIN by following the below mentioned SMS from Teletalk prepaid mobile phone only.
